How we work

Pillar 01

Flexible Delivery

We work around your organisation, not the other way around. Our programs are available in-person, virtually or in a hybrid format, and scale from small teams to entire workforces across multiple sites or sessions.

Pillar 02

Real-world Application

We tailor our content to your industry and working context. Our content is built around the situations your people actually encounter at work, giving them practical language, clear frameworks and the confidence to act when it matters.

Pillar 03

Immersive Facilitation

Our facilitators don't lecture, they lead conversations. Using discussion-based learning and real workplace scenarios, they create space for the honest exchanges that drive genuine culture change, not just compliance.

Our offering

Forget the tick-box training of the past. Our programs blend immersive facilitation, real-world scenarios, and human-centred design to create learning experiences people actually remember and use. Flexible delivery options mean we meet your organisation wherever you're at.

How we deliver

Face-to-face workshops

Our in-person workshops create space for real conversation, genuine connection and the kind of learning that sticks. Delivered by facilitation experts who know how to read a room and bring people along with them.

Online workshops

All the energy and interaction of a face-to-face workshop, delivered virtually. Our online workshops are designed to keep people engaged, not just logged on — making them the perfect solution for dispersed teams, hybrid workplaces, and organisations with staff across multiple locations.

eLearning

Self-paced eLearning modules that fit around your team's schedule without sacrificing quality or impact. We've taken everything that makes our live workshops engaging — the real-world scenarios, the human-centred approach, the conversations that matter — and channelled it into an eLearning experience that's a world away from the dry, click-through modules of the past.

You’re in good company.

This was great and exactly what we were looking for. The facilitators were professional, engaging, knowledgeable and managed to talk about a sensitive topic in a really engaging way. Thank you, happy to recommend this workshop to everyone.

Head of People & Culture

Riparide

The facilitators created a genuinely safe space for our team to engage with difficult topics. The content was relevant, evidence-based and delivered with real warmth. We've already seen a shift in how our people speak up.

Elephant Ed didn't just tick a compliance box — they sparked real conversations our leadership team had been avoiding for years. Outstanding facilitation from start to finish.

FAQs

  • Elephant Ed workshops are designed to run for 90-120 minutes, but can be altered where needed. For more information, feel free to get in touch.

  • Our workshops are designed for group sizes of up to 35 participants. While we are flexible, our feedback and experience suggests smaller group sizes promote greater conversation and allow for a more comfortable environment. We have a team of facilitators who are able to deliver workshops to multiple groups at the same time if needed.

  • Our team is based in Melbourne, but we also frequently travel interstate to run workshops.

  • Our facilitators are highly trained in both our workshop content and facilitation, having delivered workshops to thousands of people. They are charismatic, relatable and sensitive, allowing them to build a strong rapport and connection with our participants in a short period of time.

Our facilitators undergo rigorous and ongoing professional development and training.

  • An ideal format for the workshop is an informal space that promotes discussion. We recommend moving tables to the side. This might be an event space, a boardroom or other open area. External spaces can be hired if needed. We do require a whiteboard and a screen to show media.

  • Our curriculum and workshops have been created in consultation with experts in workplace relations, sexual health, mental health and education, including La Trobe University. We regularly consult this group to ensure our programs meet the highest standards and are respectful of a wide range of sensitivities.

  • We work with many denominational organisations. Our workshops are flexible and can be tailored to suit individual needs - we work closely with you to ensure our workshops are well-aligned to your company's beliefs and values.
