(a) the replacement of the relevant goods or the supply of equivalent goods;

(b) the repair of such goods;

(c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or

(d) the payment of having the goods repaired, and

1.4.2 in the case of services:

(a) the supply of the services again; or

(b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 You acknowledge that Elephant Ed own all intellectual property on this website, as well as any intellectual property that you might receive, or come into connection with in connection with the Elephant Ed. 

2.2 You may not make use of any intellectual property owned by Elephant Ed without the relevant party's prior written consent.

2.3 All program content (including, but not limited to, activities, handouts, stories and multimedia material) presented by Elephant Ed remains the intellectual property of Elephant Ed.
