Remuneration: $30/hr

Are you comfortable talking about sex? Are you passionate about progressive, inclusive and dynamic sex education? Are you a confident public speaker? Do you love working with diverse groups of young people?

Elephant Ed are looking for young, charismatic, energetic, and passionate Workshop Facilitators to join our growing team. If you answered yes to any of the above questions, Elephant Ed is the right place for you.

As a Workshop Facilitator, your role will include traveling to schools across Victoria to facilitate 60 minute sex education workshops. Our workshops are delivered to group sizes of 35 people or less. Facilitators are expected to use their abilities to improvise, perform and facilitate to a range of group dynamics.

This is an extremely unique opportunity to connect with young people across the state and spark positive change for years to come.


  • Facilitate interactive workshops through open discussion, engaging activities and stimulated learning

  • Travel throughout Victoria to deliver workshops predominantly in schools, but also in universities and to community groups

  • Actively pursue opportunities and relationships for Elephant Ed in the educational community and beyond 


  • Confident, energetic and charismatic  

  • Passion for working directly with young people and students

  • Comfortable public speaking / presenting / facilitating / performing to large groups of people

  • Young and relatable – we want people with a fresh insight into adolescence who have recently been on the journey too

  • 18+ years old (not attending school) with ability to travel across Victoria on a daily basis

  • Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
