DR KAREN FREILICH   Karen Freilich is a medical doctor at the Austin Hospital, and a sexual health researcher. In conjunction with a strong background in informal education, Karen has conducted research in contraception in Australia at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, developed and delivered sexual health workshops to general practitioners and medical students, and has researched HIV and Infectious Diseases at the Icahn School of Medicine. In addition to her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (Honours), Karen has completed a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) with a focus on the psychosocial aspects of contraceptive use.

IAN POYSER  Ian is the Assistant Principal (Pastoral Care) and Head of Middle School at Bialik College, a leading independent school in Victoria. Ian holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Exeter, a Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Welfare, and a Masters of School Leadership from the University of Melbourne.

ROSIE THOMAS OAM  Cofounder of PROJECT ROCKIT, Rosie is considered one of Australia’s best and brightest emerging change-makers and social innovators. She has spent the last 13+ years supporting young people and building Australia’s youth-driven movement against bullying, hate and prejudice. Having started the organisation straight out of high school, Rosie is committed to providing totally innovative opportunities for young people to realise their potential.
